Full Time Staff Members

New Staff Training (NST) is our 10-month training program whereby we train our fulltime missionaries. It is meant to bring about life change as the New Staff walk in the power of the Holy Spirit. The training curriculum is designed to prepare the New Staff to grow in their heart for God and secondly for effectiveness in movement building.  Therefore, the New staff participate in the classroom training to shape their attitudes, knowledge and skills; field ministry where the learning is applied, either in a campus/college setting, church ministry, digital space or among the leaders, and they meet regularly with their Coach, for modelling the ministry, encouragement and giving/receiving feedback.

LIFE Ministry Malawi is looking for such people who are sensing God's call in their hearts to become full time missionaries. We believe that these New Staff together with a network of volunteers and partners, that we already have, will contribute greatly to the achievement of our goals. They will also grow into leaders, who impact our society and become a blessing to the church locally and beyond our borders.
